Customers wishing to cancel, please contact us by phone at the store by 8:00 PM the day before.
・In the event of earthquakes, natural disasters, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc., which prevent us from operating, we will contact our customers.
・The following will be considered cancellations, and a cancellation fee (100%) will be charged to the credit card you have registered:
1. If you contact us after 24:00 on the previous day
2. If you do not visit us on the day of your reservation or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Changes to the "reservation date and time" or "number of guests" may be possible if made in advance of the reservation date. If you wish to make such changes, please contact the store directly as soon as possible.
For any other changes, we kindly request you to consider making a new reservation.
